Centered around Binghamton, New York, We are developing an organization, which is committed to promoting education, information exchange and technology in printed wiring board design and electronics throughout the region.
 
We are working on sponsoring BI-monthly events for our members to attend and to encourage others to join the IPC Designers Council.
