  Leslie Gomez, C.I.D.+ - Leslie has been a PCB Designer over 20 years. Leslie received her CID in Feb 2000. She has been a member of the IPC Designers Council since 1999. She held the office of Treasurer for the San Diego Chapter in 1999 and 2000. Leslie was elected  to the office of President on May 24th, 2000. Leslie has worked with RF, Analog Circuits, High Speed Digital and Power supplies. Her hobbies include Sport fishing and Fitness. Current studies are in exercise science. Leslie also does PCB design for her own company on a contract basis. Leslie makes her home in Cardiff, California.

  Bill Brooks, C.I.D.+, C.I.I. - Bill has been a PCB Designer for over 30 years. He has a broad background in PCB Design including Digital, Analog, RF, Microwave, and power circuits. He joined the IPC Designers Council in March 2000. Bill received his CID certificate in Aug of 2001 and his C.I.I. in March of 2002. Bill has been on the San Diego Chapter Board since May 24th, 2000.  In addition to his current responsibilities he serves on several IPC committees and teaches PCB Design at the local community college. Bill currently works for Datron World Communications, Inc. in Vista, Calif. Bill's hobbies are computers, Classic Chevy cars, flying and HAM radio. Bill has his own website in addition to managing this one at PCBWizards.com. Bill makes his home in Vista, Ca. with his wife and 2 sons.

Elena Evans, C.I.D. - Elena came to the United States from Romania in 1991.  She has worked both as a Mechanical Designer and as a PCB Designer for over 12 years.  Her experience has been with automation/robotics, digital designs for telecommunications, and wireless PDA teleconferencing. Since she came into the US, Elena has continued her education through Palomar College, and has achieved her CID in August 2001. She joined the IPC San Diego Chapter in 2001.  Elena is very enthusiastic about using new PCB design tools and has learned to use Pro-E and SolidWorks. Elena makes her home with her husband in Rancho Bernardo, CA.

  Bill Gebhardt, C.I.D.+ - Bill has been a PCB Designer since 1991 and has been a member of the IPC Designers Council since October 1999. He received his CID in February 2000, volunteered shortly afterwards to help the San Diego Chapter become more beneficial to its members and in May 2000, became Treasurer. Bill does primarily Digital design with some Analog and mixed signal design.  He is happily married with 3 grown children (no grandkids yet), loves to play softball, entertain friends, barbecuing, relaxing at home and being entertained by his two dogs and 3 cats. His aspirations is learning sign language to help minister to the deaf community. Bill makes his home in Murrieta, CA.
